For two weekends in September we are holding special meetings to explain the message of the Christian gospel. You are warmly invited to attend.

Many say, ‘It’s not for me’. But it is for all. The fact that we each consistently break God’s laws and fall short of His standard means that we stand in need of His forgiveness.

The consequences of loving your sins are awful. The kindest and most merciful person who ever lived, the Lord Jesus Christ, warned time and again that we must each give account to God. There is a heaven to gain and a hell to shun.

Praise God that there is a full and free salvation from sin in the Lord Jesus Christ. It is available to you.

We would love to be able to meet you at the times set out below – or any Sunday at 4.30 – to show you from the Bible God’s way of salvation. A warm and friendly welcome awaits.

Only 3 weeks until Airbourne 2018! We have a fantastic 'Bag for Life' that we will be giving away for free. Each bag has the 'Word of Life' written on it - "For God so loved that world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." In each bag there will be a number of freebies - plus an invitation to a special series of meetings in September (more details to follow!). Try and spot us and avail yourself of one!

Our Annual Missionary Conference is Saturday 21 April. 3pm & 6pm with tea in the interval.

"...if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new." 2 Corinthians 5:17

The photo above was taken outside Marine Hall on 4th May 1910 - that's almost 107 years ago! How wonderful to think that God has preserved his testimony here for so long. The two scripture texts on either side are still relevant for each individual in today's society - because they have come from God's Word, which is unchanging.

The verses are:

1: The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord

2: God commendeth his love toward us in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

If you have any information on who is in the picture then please let us know; it would be great to find out! :)
